ReplyDeleteHi. My volunteer organization is Boys & Girls Club. We enjoy talking and playing games with children.
ReplyDeleteWe went to a park with them yesterday. We played on a seesaw and monkey bars. Moreover we taught them origami. We had a very good time there.
My job is difficult for me because I can't pronunce correctly, so they can't understand what I say. But talking with children is very good for me.

ReplyDeleteHi.One of my volunteer organization is Boys&Girls Club. we enjoy with children. And we teach them about Japanese games. We enjoyed origami in the park yesterday. But origami is popular here. They can make a lot of things. And they're better than us! My job is a little difficult that I couldn't understand English well and they didn't understand my English.

This is Makiko. My volunteer organization is spctrum UM. We couldn't do anything. We said" Is there anyhing I can do to help you" and "May I do this work". But they did not give us works.

The organization which Misato and I work for is Riverside Healthcare Ceter.I worked 1:00-3:30 today.I trim older people's nail,remove their nail and paint new nail.(older people can choose favorite color!)Some of them fell asleep but I had a great time.The work was very difficult because I couldn't talk a lot and their hands were shaking.In adittion,I confused about a woman who is demantia.(she thinks she is 20years old and repeat a same question)I volunteer"just because"but volunteering gave me heartwarming things.

ReplyDeleteFirst, I'll explain YWCA(Young Women Christian Association): Secret Seconds Store. We tag many clothes, hang clothes on hangers,and set clothes. I enjoy these work,because coworkers there are very kind and friedly. These works are easy,because when I ask something, they tell me very clearly.
Next, I'll explain Montana Natural History Center. We paly with children who wait for their parents there. It's difficult for me to play with them. I love children. But I can't talk to them, because I don't know what I should talk to them about.

Hi.My volunteer organization are two place. one of them is YWCA it sells secondhand clothes for woman and children.I woke hung up clothes.
